Mackenzie Child Inspired Kitchen

What could be more fun then making dreams come true for an entire family! This was the feeling we had when we finished our most recent project.

Our client has a beautiful designer kitchen that is Mackenzie Child inspired style. She felt it was 'incomplete' and needed some finishing touches. We began by painting the ceiling a beautiful taupe color that coordinated beautifully with the Toile drapery on her window. This really set off the beautiful crown molding. Then we rendered a handpainted medallion above the island to add a sophisticated and elegant touch. Finally, Jill painted a mural above the stovetop that was inspired by the homeowner's childhood home. And to capture the true essence of Mackenzie Child style, she added the signature black and white checkboard around the border. It was simply stunning.
