How much does Faux Finishing cost?

We often get inquiries about our pricing at Faux Time Design. We recently reworked our pricing schedule to make it easier for our clients, designers, architects and contractors to understand.


Our pricing structure is straightforward. Similar to fabric pricing for custom window treatments, we have 4 levels of pricing and each level varies depending on the number of layers, materials (glazes versus plaster), styles and techniques being applied. Our finishes begin at Level 1 (entry level finishes) and progress to Level 4 (our designer finishes). We apply a set price for each level of finish based on the square or linear footage of the space (or a minimal day rate if the square footage does not meet the minimum daily rate). It is important to note that pricing includes all materials and supplies. Clients won't be charged any overages as the project progresses.

Faux Time Design provides a complete set of sample boards and design concept boards for client's approval, once a contract has been signed and a deposit placed on the project.
